Liz Darling - Bench Jeweler
A 2003 graduate of Tyler School of Art at Temple University in Philadelphia with B.A. degree in metals and jewelry, Liz Darling also dabbled in printmaking, art history and Italian during a semester abroad in Rome, Italy.
Liz began her jewelry making career in Philadelphia assembling beaded jewelry for a number of designers before heading back to school in Boston, at the North Bennett Street School where she earned a certification in jewelry making and repair and served an apprenticeship in Boston's diamond district in the Jeweler's Building.
It was family that brought Liz back to her native Lancaster County. Finch Jewelers recognized her talent and expertise by offering her a bench in 2008.

In addition to beading, setting stones, assessing problems and making repairs, Liz is working her way to becoming a designer at Finch Jewelers.
