All items shipped from Finch Jewelry are insured at their proper value for shipping.


Return Policy

The following is Finch Jewelry's policy for your cash, credit card, check and layaway sales: Returns and exchanges will be issued within 14 days from the date of purchase on items returned, in new condition, with the original sale slip. If jewelry has been altered (i.e., sized, heads) customer is responsible for 20% restocking fee. Any jewelery returned after 14 days will receive in store credit or exchange only. No adjustments will be made after 30 days. Any refunds on cash and check purchases will be given in the form of a check. Refunds on check purchases will be given after 10 business days. Any refunds on credit card purchases will be given in the form of a credit to the credit card originally used. There are no returns on custom work however we will remake a custom piece one time if there is an error pointed out within 14 days from delivery. Items purchased between Thanksgiving and December 25th may be returned for refund, exchange or store credit until January 14th, if the items are returned in new condition, with the original sales slip.


Layaway Policy

Layaway accounts require a deposit of 2o% and remain in layaway for 180 days as long as a payment is received every 30 days.
Cancellations within 14 days of the original down payment will receive a refund. Cancellations after 14 days will receive a store credit.
Paid in full layaways maybe returned for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of the final layaway payment.
